Terms of Service

These terms govern every purchase and download on Hyiptemplates. By creating an account or buying a product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

The products

• We sell digital design products — template packs for the GoldCoders HYIP Manager script — and related services such as installation and customisation
• A template pack is a design product. The underlying HYIP Manager script itself is not included; you need your own properly licensed copy of the script
• Product pages describe what each pack contains; screenshots show the actual design you will receive

Licence

• Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the template in one end project (one live platform)
• To use the same pack in an additional project, buy an additional licence
• Packs marked EXCLUSIVE are sold once only. The buyer of an exclusive pack receives the sole licence for that design, and the pack is removed from sale after purchase
• You may modify the design for your own project
• You may not resell, redistribute, share or give away the template files themselves, in original or modified form, and you may not offer them on any other marketplace or download site

Delivery

• Delivery is digital and automatic: once your payment is confirmed, your files become available in My Downloads in your account
• An invoice is issued for every order and sent to your email with a PDF copy attached
• Download availability follows the window shown in your account; if a link expires while you still need your files, contact support and we will help

Payments

• All prices are in USD. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments — BTC, LTC, ETH, DOGE, TRX, BNB and USDT (TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20)
• An order is delivered only after the payment is confirmed by the network and the processor. Confirmation times depend on the coin and network load
• If you underpay or send to a wrong network, contact support with your transaction details; recovery may not always be possible for wrong-network transfers

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: if the files we delivered are broken and we cannot fix them, you get your money back; digital goods that have been downloaded are not refundable for change of mind.

Acceptable use

• Do not use your account or our products to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for the platform you build with a template — its content, its offers, its licences and its compliance with the law are yours alone
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the store, attempt fraud or redistribute our products

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, code and text in our products remain the intellectual property of Hyiptemplates (or the respective owner) and are licensed to you — not sold — under the licence above. Buying a pack does not transfer ownership of the design itself, except where an exclusive purchase explicitly says otherwise.

Disclaimer

Templates are design products for a third-party script. We do not operate investment platforms, we do not manage funds, and nothing on this site is financial advice or an endorsement of any investment offer. Products are provided "as described"; we warrant that the files you download match the product description and work with a standard, unmodified installation of the supported script version.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for losses arising from the platform you operate with a template.
