Refund Policy

Our products are digital: a template pack is delivered as a file download the moment your payment is confirmed, and a downloaded file cannot be "returned". This policy keeps refunds fair on both sides — you are protected if we deliver something broken, and we are protected against refunds for files that work as described.

When we refund in full

• The files are broken — the download is corrupt or incomplete, or the template does not work on a standard, unmodified installation of the supported script, and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time after you report it
• You were charged twice for the same order, or a payment was taken for an order that was never delivered
• Wrong product delivered — the files you received are not the pack you ordered, and we cannot supply the correct pack

When we cannot refund

• Change of mind after the files have been downloaded
• Problems caused by a modified, nulled or outdated script, third-party plugins, or changes made to the template after delivery
• Your hosting does not meet the script's requirements, or the installation was done incorrectly by a third party
• An EXCLUSIVE pack after its files have been downloaded — exclusivity is spent the moment the design is in your hands
• Inability to use the product because you do not own a licensed copy of the underlying script

Replacement first

If something is wrong with your files, our first step is to fix or replace them — in most cases that solves the problem faster than a refund. If we cannot fix it, the refund follows automatically under the rules above.

How to ask

• Write to us from the contact page with your order number and a short description of the problem
• We reply within a few hours and, where a refund is due, process it to the same coin and network you paid with wherever the processor allows it
• Network fees charged by the payment processor or the blockchain are not recoverable and are deducted where they apply

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed after files were delivered and downloaded, the licence for that product ends immediately and the account may be suspended. Please talk to us first — genuine problems are always solved faster by email than by a dispute.
