This policy explains what data Hyiptemplates collects when you use this store, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run your account and deliver your orders.

• Account data — your name and email address, and a securely hashed password, when you register
• Order data — the products you buy, amounts, order status and the payment transaction reference provided by our payment processor
• Download data — records of when purchased files are downloaded, used to enforce licence and download limits
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form or by email
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit) needed for security and abuse prevention

How we use your data

• To create and secure your account, including two-factor authentication if you enable it
• To process payments, deliver your downloads and send order and invoice emails
• To answer support messages and resolve order problems
• To prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and unauthorised access
• We never sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising

Payments

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. When you pay, the payment details you enter are handled by the payment processor — we never receive or store your wallet private keys, seed phrases or card numbers. We only receive the confirmation and transaction reference needed to deliver your order.

Cookies

This store uses only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie to keep you logged in and to hold your cart, and security cookies that protect forms. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share data with

• Payment processing — NOWPayments, only the data needed to take your payment and confirm it
• Email delivery — order, invoice and account emails are sent from our own mail server
• Legal obligations — if we are required by law to disclose data, we disclose only what is required

How long we keep data

Account and order records are kept for as long as your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time — order records that we must keep for accounting will be anonymised where the law allows.

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Account access can be protected with two-factor authentication, and administrative access to order data is restricted. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data protected with sensible, current measures.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
