Delivery is automatic. As soon as your crypto payment is confirmed, your order is marked delivered and the files appear in My Downloads in your account. You also receive an email with your invoice and a PDF copy attached — no waiting for manual sending.

We accept cryptocurrency through NOWPayments: Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tron (TRX), BNB and Tether USDT on the TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20 networks. All prices are in USD.

It depends on the coin and network load. USDT on TRC20 or BEP20 usually confirms within a few minutes; Bitcoin can take longer. Your order updates automatically the moment the payment is confirmed — you can follow its status in My Orders.

From My Downloads in your account, right after delivery. Your files stay available there for the download window shown in your account, and you can re-download them during that window. If a link ever expires while you still need your files, contact support and we will sort it out.

An exclusive pack is sold only once. After it is bought, it is marked SOLD and removed from the shop, and the buyer holds the sole licence for that design — nobody else can buy or use it.

One purchase covers one end project (one live platform). If you want to run the same design on a second platform, you need a second licence — just buy the pack again. Exclusive packs follow their own single-buyer rule.

Yes. Our Services page lists installation and setup services, and we take customisation requests — logo and brand colours, extra pages, design adjustments. Order a service or write to us on the contact page with what you need.

If the files we delivered are broken and we cannot fix them, yes — you get a full refund. Because the products are digital downloads, change-of-mind refunds are not possible after downloading. The full rules are on the Refund Policy page.
